How We Fit and You Maintain
Granite is heavy stone, so getting the fit right takes proper measuring and steady hands, not something to rush. We visit your kitchen to take exact measurements in person, cut and shape the stone off-site to match, then bring it in and fit it, usually within 5 working days of that first visit.
Day to day, keep the hottest pans off the bare stone, use a chopping board rather than cutting straight onto it, and mop up wine or lemon juice before it has time to sit. Look after it this way and a granite worktop will outlast more than one kitchen around it.
