Fitting Your Porcelain Worktop
Porcelain is thinner and harder than most worktop materials, so it needs specialist cutting equipment and a careful hand. We come out to take a digital template of your kitchen, then cut and shape the porcelain off-site to that exact template before bringing it in to fit. Most jobs are fabricated and installed within 5–7 working days of digital templating, and larger or more complex kitchens can take up to 10 working days.
Once it's in, there's very little to think about. Use a chopping board to protect your knives, avoid knocking the edges with heavy pans, and wipe up spills when you notice them. Porcelain worktops for kitchen use are built to take daily life in their stride for years.
