From quotation to installation
Once you've chosen your perfect worktop and are happy to proceed with your quotation, our experienced team will guide you through every stage of the process. From securing your chosen material through to professional installation, we'll ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Step 1 — Confirm Your Order
When you're ready to proceed, simply accept your quotation and pay the deposit shown on your quote.
Your deposit secures your chosen material and allows us to reserve it ready for manufacture.
Deposits can currently be paid by:
- Bank Transfer
- Cash
Step 2 — Planning Your Template
Once your order has been confirmed, we'll work closely with you or your kitchen installation team to arrange a suitable digital laser template appointment.
For the smoothest experience, we recommend placing your worktop order 4–6 weeks before your planned template date. This ensures your chosen material is reserved and ready when your kitchen is prepared for templating.
Step 3 — Digital Laser Templating
Once your kitchen units have been fully installed and are ready for worktops, one of our experienced specialists will visit your home to carry out a precise digital laser template.
Using advanced digital measuring technology, we capture every detail of your kitchen with exceptional accuracy, ensuring your new worktops fit perfectly.
Step 4 — Precision Manufacturing
Following your template appointment, the digital drawings are sent directly to our manufacturing facility, where your chosen stone is precision cut using advanced CNC machinery before being expertly hand-finished by our skilled craftsmen.
Every worktop is individually manufactured to the exact dimensions of your kitchen.
Step 5 — Professional Installation
Once manufacturing has been completed, our experienced in-house installation team will arrange a convenient installation date.
Most granite and quartz worktops are installed within 5 working days of your digital template.
For porcelain worktops or projects featuring specialist edge profiles, manufacturing may take slightly longer. In these cases, installation is typically completed within 10–14 working days following your template.
Please note that manufacturing times may also be affected by national bank holidays.
